The Role

As the Faculty Coordinator: Diverse Learning, you will be a pivotal member of the school’s leadership team. This is a Full-Time position focused on leading the College's response to students requiring additional learning support and ensuring the highest standards of inclusive educational practice.

Successful Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in supporting students with diverse learning needs within a secondary setting and having an understanding and experience in the adjustment of curriculum and teaching practices to improve learning outcomes, including differentiation and inclusive pedagogy.

  • Qualifications: Tertiary teaching qualifications and current NESA Proficient Teacher registration. Postgraduate studies in Special or Inclusive Education are highly desirable.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of NCCD administration, curriculum adjustment, and inclusive pedagogy.

  • Mission: A commitment to Catholic education.

  • Attributes: An exceptional communicator with the organisational skills required to lead a faculty and manage support staff effectively.
